Usually works well

When it works well, I dont notice it. I assume that the encryption is a good thing, but I obviously dont notice it. The ability to sign in to certain websites as if I were in the country is very nice and the main reason for signing up. Sometimes however the service doesnt connect well and if it doesnt connect, the Internet doesnt connect, which is a nuisance. A couple of times I have had to delete the app and reinstall, after which it works fine. The telephone help line is very good.
