Terrible Customer Service

Signed up for the service only to have them cancel it without telling me. Through many emails it seems they closed my account because of a security review - no other explanation or reason given and once they make a decision they cannot change it! In the 12 hours I had the service before they closed it, it seems that from China, only a couple of the servers actually work. Many are advertised but never connect. Use with caution...
