Used to be great when it worked

I have used this service for a long time (4+ years) and had nothing but good experiences with up until about a month ago. Now, it no longer works for accessing geo-blocked content on Amazon, Hulu and BBC iPlayer. I have contacted support staff but their attitude is too bad for you. There is no timeline for fixing this problem, that is if they even intend to fix it. I guess the service is fine if you have no intention to use it for accessing geo-blocked content.
