Paid for a year in advance to watch shows while traveling. My subscription showed active online but the app said I didn’t have a subscription. My credit card was charged but it didn’t work. I deleted the app and resinstalled it. I tried it on two separate devices. I couldn’t get online. When I got to their support page, they had me reinstall it again but this time it didn’t work. I asked for a refund via, they said they would give me a refund. But then they ended the chat. Total waste of money. Awful customer support. Pick any other VPN.

I bought from here and purchased through my Apple Wallet. I paid for a one-year account and paid in full, but the one-year account was not activated😡

What happened? Used to be great, customer service used to be helpful. Now I can’t access sites I used to, customer support won’t reply. After being a loyal customer for many years, I’ve been forced to look elsewhere. Vyper, I tried and wanted to stay with you, but you forced me out.

I subscribed for one month but it’s not working in China. Disappointed!!!

It would be better if a few more IP address ranges were added in Taiwan, as my ISP limits the connection speed to these IPs at certain times.

You can’t even login to manage your account, when you try to login to your account it takes you to a blank page.

I love this app but unfortunately it does not support Persian language. Persian is one of the beautiful and ancient languages of the world that is spoken by more than 110 million people in Western and Central Asia. Please add this language to your app so I can use it better. Thank you.

So nice being treated as an intelligent adult without having a big daddy stop you from seeing true information! The originators of this app also protect their children from addiction to internet by providing a mandatory course to re-enter society.

It was easy to setup and use and very affordable.

I use this VPN on all three of my devices IPhone IPad And Laptop Man It is a Game Changer.

Is it possible that you need to change the “identification” information of your servers ?? I am being geoblocked by many sites now. OfferUp is one ( another was a streaming site) FYI - in the past year, it was difficult to get around geoblocking while traveling in South America. Most of these sites recognized your USA based servers as VPN’s. Then I started successfully using your Canada server for months. NOW, it’s as though I can’t get around the new geoblocking

Been using this service for more than 5 years now, I think! I never had any issues save one that was resolved quickly. This company stays up to date on security which makes me comfortable using their product.

This is a horrible company. Someone hacked my account and my credit card is still being charged. I’ve tried MULTIPLE times to get this company to help me. They are worthless. I will have to cancel my credit card.

I’ve been running into a lot of issues with this app over the last few weeks when they completed their app design. One of the issues that has been coming up is where it will require me to login again and then it will fail even though my password is correct and then I’ll have to login another time and it will finally take me to the connect screen. I’ll tap on connect and then the app will kick me over to the settings app in the VPN section and want me to agree to install the new VPN profile. Then I’ll use the app, disconnect and then close it, and the next day it wants me to login again and it maybe will let me install the profile, maybe not. Requires a series of closing the app, killing the app and logins not working to finally get the right combo to login. Then it will want to install the profile again for some reason.

I switch from another provider and wow I’m going back. My phone is almost completely broken.
