This is the best VPN I have used!
I have both Vyper and Express VPN in China. Was mostly using express until Netflix made them nearly useless. Vyper works more and also connects faster now
VyprVPN: fast, easy set up, reconnects automatically, incorporated in Switzerland, app shows the speed of available servers, includes NAT firewall. While it is expensive this is my favorite. Summary of VPNs: Primarily I tested these VPNs on a slow 4G cell connection and a fast wifi using an iPad Air 2. iOS turns off VPN when devices go to sleep. In my experience it also disconnects the VPN when the Internet connection is unused for some time. For this reason the automatic reconnection feature is important to me. IPVanish: too glitchy, web sites often dont load the first time, causes apps to glitch sporadically, some servers function better than others. Speedtest app repeatedly glitched while running iPVanish. Slow on iOS cell and wifi, very fast on PC. Has IKEv2, but I dont use it because it was glitchy, so they recommended IPSec. They also recommended I try other servers. It does reconnect automatically. 6 months into one year subscription, but I dont use it anymore. On PC it works well in limited testing. PureVPN: fast, IKEv2 encryption, doesnt reconnect automatically, Hong Kong based. Personally I dont like selecting a mode. I would prefer to simply pick the encryption type and server location. Others may prefer modes. Not a deal breaker, but it would be helpful if they described what each mode actually did e.g. Lets you select city, uses IKEv2 encryption etc. TunnelBear: easy set up, reconnects automatically, 75% slower than PureVPN and YyprVPN. You cant select the server city within the U.S. which might explain the slow speed because it connects me to a server on the East Coast though Im testing on the West Coast. Are all of their servers in New York? Company based in Canada. VyprVPN: fast, easy set up, reconnects automatically, incorporated in Switzerland, app shows the speed of available servers, includes NAT firewall. While it is expensive this is my current favorite. All VPNs slow data speed so testing reflects how much impact they have. Ease of use. Seamless. Fully integrated.
Mostly very reliable. Auto refiner works very well. At peak times of the day east coast USA the speed can get slow, especially when it comes to embedded videos.
The app wont even let me passed installing the ca certificate. When I click install it goes to safari and then after installation it asks me to open in app which just takes me right back to the page where I need to click the install ca certificate. Very frustrating!
This is by far the best VPN App in the App Store!
Keeps me going past big brothers firewall
I travel overseas a good bit, and use this to get back to the USA so I can use VoIP to make calls back home. Very rarely do I have issues voice quality.
Stops Comcast from throttling my connection every time!
Stuck installing certificate Page loads but nothing happens to go from safari to settings profile, good bye, might have waist 3day trail already, thx a lot
Not only is this application refined it is backed up with top notch service and top support. I had a problem a few weeks ago and they immediately responded. Been with them for years, always top service! Later found out it was a defective router!
I use VyprVPN on Macs and iOS devices wherever I travel globally on business to connect securely to U.S.-based resources. A must have App and service.
Pretty beast
Good customer service, great, easy to use app with fast connections!
Great app and service but the price litle Tu much
Im a physician and I love this App for two reasons: 1. I can go to the web sites *I* want to go to, not just the ones the hospital thinks I should. 2. VyprVPN now has the option to automatically connect when Im on an untrusted WiFi network.....thats the no thinking part.
