Unfortunately, service pricing isnt competitive when you compare it to similar services. Server speed isnt always the best, and sometimes the connection on untrusted wifi feature can be flaky, but its reasonably solid. Im a big fan of the apps visual design, and I think the nice UX is a differentiator for VyprVPN vs competitors. I just dont think its enough of one to justify the much higher cost for their service.

I like the new feature of auto connecting when on a untrusted network but adding a trusted network doesnt work. It still connects after adding my trusted network at home. It also connects when on cellular, that isnt wifi!

I was several issues with the app. Frequent disconnections and problems to reproduce some players. Customer service wasnt helpful at all. A waste of money in my opinion

Please fin the IDLE problems and disconnections, I choose this one cause the servers locations by city, but I cant afford random disconnections on my job or the apps Im using.

i wont be purchasing this vpn service again. the app is incredibly temperamental. ive been using it for two months now and not a day goes by that i dont waste at least an hour (more commonly several) trying to troubleshoot an issue with it. as of late its been requiring a complete uninstall and reinstall on my ipad to work, which is tedious and shouldnt be necessary considering how much i pay a month for the service. also had issues with connecting on my computer and after several messages to several different employees, not one could solve the issues i was having, meaning im limited to surfing on my phone and ipad pretty much exclusively (and as i mentioned before, the service on those devices is mediocre at best). ive used vypr in the past with little issue. dont know whats happened with it lately but i dont intend to stay with the company long enough to see if theyll bother to fix their problems. update 09.01.16 after an entire DAY of not being able to connect whatsoever to vypr, i decided to look for another service. downloaded a free vpn and connected immediately and painlessly with zero issue. sadly ive already paid for a year of service after having a good experience with vypr in the past and have just found out that they dont offer refunds under any circumstances. ha! of course they dont. this company is a joke. im extremely disappointed with vypr and do not recommend their services to anyone. if youre going to spend money on a vpn, look elsewhere. vypr doesnt give a squat about its customers.

This app sold my login data to merchants. Isnt the whole point of having an paying for a VPN service in order to protect your privacy?

I rated this app at 4 stars because these people put effort into it, and that the app is some-what good.

Before the iOS 10 update this vpn app was great. Since iOS 10 the connect sequence keeps going in circles and never connects. Then you cant stop the sequence even after closing the app or rebooting. The only way to stop it is going into the settings and turning off the "connect on demand" setting in the info tab for the vpn profile. I am on brand new iPhone 7 Plus.

Maybe works 50% of time. Try another one.

Used this app for several years...every time I try to explore other options, always end up back at this one.

Installed on my phone and iPad before trip to Asia, and 15 minutes after installing and signing-up, get email from support that my account is canceled. Asked why, and here is the response: Weve finished reviewing your account, and unfortunately were not able to offer you service at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for your interest in VyprVPN! What a waste of time!!!!!!!

After a while my phone stopped connecting to wifi for some reason called Apple couldnt figure out what was wrong finally deleted the app started to work again

Very very slow and always disconnect. I waste my money to buy one year pro and now have to find anthor VPN. I strongly recommend against using it.

App is great in the sense that its really fast! Easy to use and not overly priced for unlimited (year plan a better deal) BUT had to uninstall it. It killed my wifi connection. Once I removed it, wifi worked again. Please fix asap. Thank you!

Finally i found a super speed and confident yet stable service They have servers all around the world Keep going by adding adblocker, trackers,maleware protection and block malicious sites and bad apps

Doesnt work on new iPhone

Frustrating experience as you cannot play or stream anything as connection frequently breaks and speeds also slow at most local servers in the US

Very easy to set up and use on my phone and laptop. Works well in China (faster/more stable than other ones Ive used).
